Hello! I’m Vaishali Baxi, your dedicated and passionate Maryland State Licensed Daycare Provider servicing Howard County With over 17 years of experience, I’ve been nurturing young minds since 2007, right after my third daughter was born.
In those early days, I started with just two little ones, and the joy of teaching and playing with them fueled my passion. My neighbors, friends, and family rallied behind me, and the parents who entrusted their children to my care became my biggest cheerleaders. Their unwavering support allowed my daycare to flourish, accommodating multiple groups of Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, Before & After Schoolers, and even our adorable Dropping Care Kids.
Fast forward to today—I’m still here, providing exceptional care that parents love. From infants to preschoolers, I’m committed to creating a safe and fun learning environment. As a certified daycare provider in first aid CPR/CIDS, with 45 hours of child development training and emergency preparedness, your child’s well-being is my top priority.
Our curriculum is a delightful blend of art, music, language, and social skills. And guess what? I’m also part of Maryland Excels and the Military Childcare in Your Neighborhood (MCCYN) program. So, welcome to our daycare family—I can’t wait to nurture and encourage your child’s growth alongside you!

Vaishali was our daycare provider for both of our girls from the time they were 3 months to 4 years old. As new parents, we were very apprehensive to take our first child to daycare, but Vaishali very quickly put out minds at ease and made the transition seamless. Vaishali has a lot of experience and provided a very safe environment for our children. She also provided excellent communication every step of the way and kept us informed of our children’s daily activities and progress. By the time our children left for preschool, Vaishali felt like a member of our family.
